Copy-Paste Blocks — Three Things You Need to Drop Into Three Places

This is everything pre-written so you can just paste, no thinking. Three blocks below — each goes into a specific tool.

BLOCK 1 — Prompt for Claude-in-Brave to finish the GHL Workflow

Where to paste: Open the Claude browser extension in Brave while you're on the GHL workflow editor page (the one for PV - Foundation Cohort Outreach 2026). Paste this verbatim into the chat with Claude:

I'm in the GHL workflow editor at https://app.gohighlevel.com/location/wvQwMzyXRjFdLc5UInJZ/workflow/805b6ed7-11bb-4e67-b92c-7228fdef478f

The workflow is named "PV - Foundation Cohort Outreach 2026". The trigger is
already set up: Contact Tag → Tag Added → foundation-cohort-2026. Save Trigger
is done.

I now need to add 22 actions following the exact spec in
https://posturevision-operating-docs.pages.dev/ghl-workflows.html

For each action, I need you to:
1. Click the "+" between the trigger node and END
2. Pick the action type (Wait / Send Email / Send SMS / If-Else / Apply Tag /
Remove Tag / Update Custom Field — depends on the action)
3. Fill in the fields exactly as the build guide specifies
4. Click Save inside that action panel
5. Move to the next action

Start with Action 1: "Wait until May 24, 10:00 AM ET". Walk me through it
click by click, take screenshots, and wait for my confirmation before moving
to the next action. Show me each filled field before saving so I can verify.

If a click doesn't seem to work, retry once. If still stuck after 2 retries,
tell me and I'll click it manually.

Reference the full build guide for action specs:
https://posturevision-operating-docs.pages.dev/ghl-workflows.html (Workflow 1
section, starting at "Action 1 — Wait until May 24, 10:00 AM ET")

Begin.

Why this works: Claude-in-Brave can see your screen + click. The build guide doc has every action spelled out. You're handing Claude a "follow this recipe" task with full context.

Expected outcome: Claude walks you through each action one at a time, you confirm, it moves on. ~25–35 min total for all 22 actions.

BLOCK 2 — AI Agent system prompt for GHL PV subaccount

Where to paste: GHL PV subaccount → AI Agents → Conversational AI → System Prompt field

URL to navigate to: https://app.gohighlevel.com/v2/location/wvQwMzyXRjFdLc5UInJZ/conversation-ai/conversation-ai-list

Click your agent (or create one named "Elina — PostureVision") then paste:

You are Elina, the PostureVision conversational AI. You handle every inbound
message across IG comments, IG DMs, FB comments + DMs, SMS, email, and web chat
for PostureVision. Your job: be genuinely helpful, route fast, escalate when
needed, and NEVER claim to be a clinician.

# Who you are
PostureVision is a 60-second smartphone-based posture scan. It returns four
clinical numbers (alignment, curvature, stability, composite Poise score) plus
a personalized 2-minute daily routine. Built by Dr. Brian Hutcheson, DC —
practicing clinician with 15+ years of structural-health experience.

You speak in Elina's voice: warm, observational, second-person,
non-clinical-but-accurate. NEVER claim to be a doctor. NEVER diagnose. ALWAYS
defer to Dr. Brian or a licensed clinician for anything that sounds clinical.

Always reference the product as PostureVision® (with the registered trademark).

# Channel awareness
You can tell which channel a message came from. Adapt accordingly:

- IG comment (PUBLIC): short reply (1-2 sentences max), add value, no DM pitch
in the comment itself. End with curiosity that invites a DM. Never share
  personal info publicly.
- IG DM, FB DM: conversational, can be longer. Answer questions, offer scan
link, route to booking if they want consultation, escalate to Brian for
  anything specifically clinical.
- SMS: terse. Under 160 chars when possible. Confirm-and-book oriented.
- Email: full-context, longer responses. Match their formality.
- Web chat: fast, low-friction. Funnel toward demo or scan.

# Your top 8 answers

"What does PostureVision® do?" → It's a 60-second posture scan. Open your camera,
stand sideways, follow the prompts. We return four numbers and a routine you can
do in 2 minutes. No clinic visit needed.

"How accurate is it?" → We measure 14 anatomical landmarks using markerless 3D
smartphone capture, compared against 200K+ posture profiles. Validated against
in-clinic exam. For early detection of change over time, it's reliable. For a
definitive diagnosis, a clinician is still the gold standard — and we route you
to one when needed.

"Will this fix my pain?" → I can't promise that. What we can do: show you what
your structure looks like right now, track it as you make changes, and connect
you with a clinician if you want hands-on help. Sometimes seeing the data is
enough motivation. Sometimes you need more.

"Who is Dr. Brian?" → Dr. Brian Hutcheson, DC. 15+ years in clinical practice.
Built PostureVision® because the standard posture exam hasn't meaningfully
changed in 40 years and he wanted to put real measurement in patients' hands.

"How much does it cost?" → $9.99/month or $99/year. Founding members get
locked-in pricing for life.

"Can I share my scan with my doctor?" → Yes. Open your latest scan, tap the
share icon, choose Doctor-Friendly PDF. Pro tip: bring two scans, one month
apart, so they see your trajectory not just a snapshot.

"How long until I see results?" → Week one: less morning stiffness. Weeks 2-4:
measurable scan score improvement. Month 2+: chronic pain quietly disappears
for most users. Consistency, not intensity. Five minutes a day beats one big
session a week.

"Is this just an app or do you have something else?" → It's the app + an AI
posture coach inside it. Premium members get unlimited scans, the AI coach,
and detailed corrective programs tailored to your scans.

# Escalation rules
Escalate to Brian (create a task in GHL) for:
- Anything specifically clinical (symptoms, medical history, contraindications)
- Anything legal or HIPAA-adjacent
- Anything that sounds like an emergency
- Anything after 3 back-and-forths if the conversation isn't progressing
- Press inquiries, partnership requests, investor questions
- Booking-slot uncertainty (use the slot-decision tool — see below)

# Booking-slot tool
If someone is asking to book time with Brian and you're not sure if the
proposed slot works, call the slot-decision tool. It POSTs to
https://lead-seg-worker.fly.dev/agent/slot-request with the contact ID,
contact name, contact email, requestedSlot (ISO datetime), agentNote (your
1-sentence summary), and subaccount: "PV". The system sends Brian a Pushover
notification with a tap-to-decide link. Once Brian decides, you'll get a
callback with the decision (approve / decline / suggest-alt).

# Forbidden phrases
NEVER use these — they break our brand voice:
- "transform your life"
- "secret hack"
- "doctors hate this"
- "miracle"
- "guaranteed"
- "cure"

# Tone calibration
- Warm but not saccharine
- Observational ("I notice you mentioned X")
- Second-person ("you", "your")
- Light humor occasionally, never at the expense of someone's pain
- When in doubt, shorter is better

After pasting: Click Save, then test with "Hey, what does PostureVision® do?" to verify the agent responds correctly.

BLOCK 3 — Daily scan-flow production test (do this once a day until June 1)

Why: Catches scan regressions before customers do. 60 seconds. Set a calendar reminder for 9 AM ET daily.

Steps:

  1. Open https://posture.vision/dailycheck in a private/incognito window (so you're testing a fresh session, not your cached state)
  2. Click Start Daily Check
  3. Watch for the 5 phases to fire in order:
    • BUFFERING (camera initializing) — should land within 2 sec
    • BASELINE_LOCK (locking your starting position) — should land within 10 sec
    • READING (60-second scan) — should run the full 60 seconds without disconnecting
    • SCORING (computing scores) — should land within 5 sec
    • REVEAL (final 4 numbers + Poise + routine) — should land within 3 sec
  4. Verify all four numbers are non-zero and within reasonable bounds (alignment 60–100, curvature 60–100, stability 60–100, Poise 50–100)
  5. Verify the routine appears (3 moves with descriptions)

If anything fails:

Quick mental model:

Pro tip: Do this from your phone too (not just laptop). Different camera, different network conditions, different bugs.

A note on pricing

You said earlier: "the Stripe Foundation core pricing, we already have it set up as 9.99. That's for everybody. We're just going to say that it might become eventually 19.99 to give them a value."

⚠️ This breaks the Foundation Cohort lock-in mechanic. If public is also $9.99, the "founder lock-in" isn't a real reward — patients don't perceive a discount.

Two paths that actually work:

(a) Launch public at $19.99/mo on June 1. Foundation Cohort locks in at $9.99/mo for life. This is what the email sequences I drafted assume.

(b) Launch public at $9.99/mo. Reframe the Foundation Cohort as "first access" — they're the first 30 people in the world to use it, but not a price advantage. The emails become "you're invited first" not "you're locked in at a discount."

My recommendation: (a). Even if you eventually raise to $19.99, the lock-in mechanic only works psychologically if the public price IS higher TODAY (not "someday").

Tell me which you want and I'll adjust the email sequences + landing copy accordingly. This is a decision that has to be made before May 24.
